Osmond Guest House is a well-established B & B run by John & Margaret Cavanagh and their family. The house was built in 1875 for a local mill owner, and retains many original features. In later years it served as town house for a Galashiels hotel owner, and has been a guest house for at least 40 years
Situated in Bank Street in the heart of Galashiels, Osmond Guest House is convenient for pubs, restaurants and shops.

Osmond Guest House is within a half mile of The Southern Upland Way, Scotland's longest walk. It stretches from Portpatrick on the west coast to the dramatic North Sea cliffs at Cocksburnspath. Taking in some of Scotland's most beautiful and varied scenery, it offers an unforgettable experience for serious walkers and weekend visitors alike.
